「最中」作りました。
クライアントの店名と本店に祀られている豊川稲荷さまにちなんで、表がおかめ、裏がきつねになっています。おかめのほっぺときつねの耳のあたりが上下でぴったり重なるデザインです。能面師の中村光江さんに原型を彫っていただき、３Dスキャンしたものを縮小して高性能３Dプリンターで出力。それをもとに真鍮で金型を作りました。顔の表情をできるだけ変えないよう仕上げるため、金型をカワサキのバイクのエンジンを磨いている工場に持ち込んで研磨しました。
種（最中の皮）は浅草の老舗、種亀製。顔に筋が入っているのは昔ながらの製法で作っているからで、少し不細工になる代わりに香ばしい香りが広がります。

We have designed “Monaka (Sweet bean jam sandwiched by thin crisp wafers)”.
The face of “Okame” on one side comes from the name of the client’s shop while the face of fox on the flip side comes from a shrine of Toyokawa Inari which is to be found at their main shop. Rounded protrusions that are “Okame’s” cheeks on the front side are in turn fox’s ears on the back side. We had a Noh mask artist, Ms. Mitsue Nakamura, carve a model from which we created a smaller model using a 3D scanner and a 3D printer. Then we created a brass die from the smaller model. We had the brass die finished at a Kawasaki motorbike engine factory to preserve the finest details of the original model.
The skin of “monaka” is made by Tanekame, a long-established specialty shop. Grooves on the faces are due to their long-established method; they may make them look less pretty but they help spread the tasty aroma.

顾客店名为面具之意，加上总店祭祀丰川稻荷大神，所以将最中饼正面设计为面具，背面则是狐狸，面具双颊刚好成为狐狸耳朵的部分。首先委请能面师中村光江雕制原型，经过3D扫描、缩小原图、3D打印机打印，最后根据3D模型制作铜模。为了避免脸部表情走样，铜模再至川崎机车引擎的研磨工厂，进行最后抛光研磨。
