I designed an aroma diffuser made of Japanese cypress.
(@AROMA is the same manufacturer I designed the portable FunFan for, however this product is a different concept for another series)
The shape, usage and features of hinoco are designed to blend smoothly into your relaxation time.
Without heat or electricity you use hinoco by simply applying special oils to its surface, enjoying the mixture of the inherent cypress and custom essential oil.
With a theme of “in the forest”, the unique form was created using cypress from Japan, crafted by skilled Japanese wood workers, one at a time.
By purchasing a hinoco you’ll also be contributing to “more trees”, a movement promoting reforestation. I’ve also reflected this in the design.
hinoco was announced December, 20th 2010　under the @aroma for more Trees brand.
hinoco, with a special essential oil of your choice: sunshine, water or earth, is available for 3,675 yen.
You can purchase one at the @aroma online store or a local interior design boutique.
