←Information about events of Shimantono
“Men’s Hot Pot by Mikizo Hashimoto” (two varieties), the third in the food series of “Shimantono”, the regional brand of Shimantono Town in Kochi Prefecture, has been released. To mark the launch, events will be held at Matsuya Ginza and Isetan Shinjuku.
The Matsuya Ginza event will also include a tasting session with a demonstration by Mr. Hashimoto. Please try the authentic hot pot that two-Michelin-star chef Hashimoto devised under the concept of “cooking fresh, genuine ingredients properly by yourself”, which anyone can make easily.
